Founded by Colette Willard, Ribbon Sports draws on seven years of experience producing events across nonprofit, media, and restaurant spaces — environments where logistics are real, stakes are high, and nothing works unless everything does. Colette has brought gatherings to life for organizations like Chicago Reader and Chicago Public Media, and has coordinated weddings and celebrations across Chicago, Portland, New Orleans, and Santa Barbara.
